Sales Terms

As such, the following Sales Terms are provided to you in order to help facilitate a smooth transaction should you wish to purchase any products or services from the Service. Ordering Policy

1. General

Registered Users of the Service in the contiguous United States may place orders for our products and services on the following page . All orders are fulfilled by System 5 or its affiliates and require that a valid credit card be kept on file. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on the Service is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same Registered User account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and Registered User account information for all purchases made via the Service. You agree to promptly update your Registered User account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

2. Monthly Subscription

3. Continuous Monthly Subscription Agreement

By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will be automatically extended for successive monthly periods and your payment method will automatically be charged for each successive monthly period at the then-current subscription rate.

To cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time, you can email us at from this page and request that we cancel your subscription. Upon valid notice your Monthly Subscription will be canceled at the end of the then applicable monthly billing period.

ALL MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS REBILL AUTOMATICALLY IN THEIR PROVIDED INTERVAL, AND BY PURCHASING THESE SUBSCRIPTIONS, YOU PROVIDE CONSENT FOR RECURRING CHARGES UNDER YOUR ACCOUNT.

Please note that if you sign up for a Monthly Subscription, we will submit monthly charges to the payment method you used to set up your Monthly Subscription without further authorization from you, until you provide prior valid notice that you have terminated this authorization or wish to change your payment method. Such notice will not affect charges submitted before we reasonably could act.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the Service. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

4. Ordering

To order an item, you must complete the order procedure on the Service and set up an account with us as a Registered User. Please review our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for more information on setting up an online account. When you complete the order procedure, you will receive an email confirming the order. This email will also contain a summary of the order.

Our order acknowledgement is not a contract and does not constitute an acceptance of your order, but only a record of your offer to purchase a particular item at a particular price. After you place an order, we will confirm availability and shipping terms before the order is finalized. By placing your order, you agree to accept all of the terms and conditions set forth on the Service.

We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, credit review, the unavailability of a product or errors in the prices and product descriptions posted on the Service. By placing your order, you agree that our total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid to us, only after confirmation of your order, for the specific item giving rise to the claim.

5. Price

All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars and may be subject to sales tax. For customers required to pay sales tax, the amount will be shown at checkout.

6. Payment and Purchase

We accept payment online using a valid credit card. The total price corresponds to the product price indicated on the Service plus any shipping costs and taxes indicated in the confirmation email.

7. Security

Secure Sockets Layer (SSL Technology). We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide you with the safest, most secure shopping experience possible. SSL technology enables encryption (scrambling) of sensitive information, including passwords and credit card numbers, during your online transactions. All of the order forms on our site are secured with SSL technology. 8. Delivery

At the time the order is placed, you will be required to provide us with a delivery address and other contact information. We will use this information to calculate taxes and any shipping changes. Please review the confirmation email to verify that you have provided us with the correct shipping address.

If you need to change the address or any other delivery details, please send us an e-mail to using the form on this page , or log in to your account to notify us of this at least 5 days prior to delivery. We will make every effort to change the shipping address; however, we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by you at the time the order is placed or after an item has already been shipped.

9. Damage and Defects

During transit, your shipment might be damaged, rendered unusable, or be otherwise compromised. In those situations, and at our sole discretion, we will do our best to provide a reasonable replacement, refund or other remedy. We also reserve the right to refuse any remedy for damaged or defective products in such circumstances where, in our sole judgment, the request was made through false, misleading, or fraudulent means, or in the case of other suspicious circumstances.

10. Shipping Policy

We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible to customers in the contiguous 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii and military addresses (APO/FPO) when possible.

Confirmation/Tracking

When an order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment – if we are able to obtain one. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most carriers can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

In Front Door Delivery

We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the carrier. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking that your package be left with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

11. Return Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our products and services. If for any reason you would like a refund, you must request one before your product has shipped. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds for a product that have already shipped.
